Possible Causes

1. The Agent has not yet synchronised to the Internet. To do this click the WWW button from the left hand Tool bar in Universal and click the sync button.

2. There is a problem with the Agents account. Please contact Thesaurus Technology for further assistance.

3. The account id is incorrect.
